Neal Ganem

Neal has been involved with Adaptigent since its founding by his father, Joe Ganem, in 1982. Initially working part–time during high school, he went on to lead sales and international expansion and has been CEO since 2002. Neal built a highly successful global independent distributor network that rapidly scaled Adaptigent’s delivery and global presence. Under Neal’s leadership, through organic and acquisitive growth, Adaptigent has become a leading International supplier of modernization technologies serving Global 1000 organizations.
