Chris Powell

Chris Powell is a Senior Scientist at Adaptimmune, where responsibilities include supporting a Biologics License Application by developing, qualifying, and running assays, along with the tech transfer of GMP standard methods to contract research organizations and contract manufacturing organizations. Prior experience includes roles as a Scientist in Analytical and Process Development at Adaptimmune, focused on assay development for Lentiviral Vector and T Cell process development; Research Technician at the University of Leicester, identifying and testing novel genes; Scientist at Oxford BioMedica, analyzing preclinical and clinical samples; and microbiology roles at Campden BRI and Exova Group plc. Chris Powell holds a Master's degree in Chronic Disease and Immunity from the University of Leicester and a degree in Bioveterinary Science from the University of Lincoln.
