Rimma Men is an Associate CIPD and currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand at Adaptiq, based in London. With expertise in talent attraction, employer branding, and employee engagement, they have supported startups in achieving hiring goals while sourcing for tech and non-tech roles. Previously, Rimma led employer branding and employee engagement initiatives at Ciklum, where they managed recruitment marketing strategies and internal communication platforms. Their early career included a role as a staff writer for the Kyiv Post. Rimma holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Kyiv Slavonic University and completed studies at multiple international institutions.
