Sohani Withanage

Sohani Withanage is a Sustainability Manager at Adaptis, where they oversee project timelines, customer relationships, and marketing performance. Previously, they have held several positions in academia, including Assistant Lecturer at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Sohani has contributed to various sustainability initiatives, notably as a Waste Resource Policy Assistant for the City of Guelph and as a Mitacs Globalink Research Intern at the Technical University of Denmark. They hold a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
