John Reed

John Reed is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical account management, education partnership project management, and program development in STEM and STEAM initiatives. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Mindbody since December 2018, John previously contributed as an Onboarding Specialist. Additional roles include Senior Sales Consultant at ZUNI Learning Tree and Director of Program Management at Eagles Economic Community Development Corporation, where John has played a key role in fostering youth leadership and innovation. Earlier career positions include Director of Youth Mentoring & Empowerment at Open Word Christian Ministries and Senior Project Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. With a foundation in technology support from Aetna US Healthcare and experience as a Computer Information System Instructor, John holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
