Adaptive Infrastructure’s platform sources, develops, and operates distributed battery storage projects that interconnect to the medium voltage distribution grid, where projects can be developed in locations to meet the specific needs of smaller wholesale market participants including rural and municipal co-ops, retail electricity providers, and communities seeking to source their own power. For market participants that are responsible for medium voltage distribution and low voltage delivery services, the opportunity to strengthen the grid while lowering costs presents a relatively new, attractive solution.
