Hemant Sharma

Hemant Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and support in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Head of Global Support and Operations/Project Head for the Asia Pacific Region at AdaptiveMobile Security since November 2013, Hemant focuses on long-term planning initiatives aimed at operational excellence and fiscal planning in coordination with the Executive Director. Previously, Hemant held significant roles at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt Ltd as a Manage Service Delivery Manager, overseeing service delivery performance, and at Acision India Pvt Ltd as Support Manager, where engagement with customer account teams was paramount. Hemant's career also includes technical leadership positions at Comverse and Bharti Telesoft, coupled with a foundational role as a Network Engineer at Sify. Hemant earned a BE in Electronics and Communication from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya and RKDF Institute of Science and Technology.
