Previously, they founded Moral Victory Productions and consulted in strategy and leadership for various high-profile clients, including Number 10 and the Diplomatic Service. Andy's diverse background includes a tenure as a Senior Leader at the UK Ministry of Defence, where they achieved notable transformations and cost savings. They are also a graduate of the Royal Academy of Engineering Enterprise Hub and are currently pursuing a distinction in the Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
