Colby Goodrum has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Colby began their career as an Account Executive at Distinctive Solutions Inc., where they were responsible for winning new customers and upselling existing accounts for Verizon. In 2007, they moved to CADD Microsystems Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative, where they were responsible for educating clients on new industry specific 3-D modeling software solutions and migrating them from legacy products. In 2008, they moved to Netcordia, Inc. as a Corporate Sales Representative, where they were responsible for automating the management of network configurations, tracking network change and compliance requirements. In 2010, they were acquired by Infoblox, where they held various roles such as Territory Manager, Sales Associate - Service Providers, Strategic Channel Manager, and Associate Sales Representative. In 2015, they moved to AnyPresence as a Northeast Sales Director, where they were responsible for building APIs and cross-platform apps following IT governance and best practices. In 2016, they moved to VividCortex as an Enterprise Sales Director, where they were responsible for providing the best way for organizations to improve their database performance, efficiency, and uptime. In 2017, they moved to NTT Ltd. as a Sr. Client Manager, and then to Dimension Data in the same role. Currently, they are a Sr. Account Executive at ADAPTURE.

Colby Goodrum attended McDaniel College from 2001 to 2004, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy.
