George August

George August has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. George began their career in 2000 as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at AXA Financial. In 2010, they moved to Strategic Products and Services (SPS) as a System Engineer. In 2017, they joined ConvergeOne as a Network Engineer II, where they conducted Wireless Surveys in various verticals including Healthcare, Government and Education. In 2018, they joined Presidio as a Wireless Network Engineer, where they performed wireless surveys in industrial (power plants) and designed and surveyed healthcare (hospitals). Currently, they are a Wireless Network Engineer at ADAPTURE, where they design and implements wireless networks and is proficient in Cisco Wireless solutions and Meraki suite.

George August completed an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Bergen Community College in 2001, and a Programming Curriculum from the Chubb Institute in 2001. George also holds certifications from Ekahau, Cisco, and CWNP, including an Ekahau Certified Design Engineer (April 2019), an Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (August 2018), a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (April 2017), a Cisco Certified Network Professional (December 2019), a Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Wireless Implementation (June 2020), and a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (April 2019).
