Steve Reed

Steve Reed has a significant amount of work experience in the field of project management and consulting. Steve has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Starting in 1983, they worked at Siemens/ROLM, where they progressed from a Mail Room Clerk to a Sales Installation Manager. In this role, they supervised a team and provided marketing support for large PBX projects. From 1999 to 2001, they served as a Senior Program Manager at Global One, establishing a Project Management Office and managing network installations and optimizations. At AOL, from 2001 to 2007, they held positions as a Sr. Technical Project Manager and a Sr. Technical Product Manager, leading the implementation of Application Portfolio Management and directing enterprise-wide deployments. At Booz Allen Hamilton, from 2008 to 2015, they worked as an Associate and Lead Associate, delivering program and project management support for high-profile initiatives. From 2015 to 2020, at Benefitfocus, they served as a Program Manager and Project Office Manager, providing operational support, consulting services, and introducing Smartsheet for project management applications. In 2020, they worked as a Smartsheet Consultant at Concord and Smartsheet Aligned Partners. Currently, they are the Smartsheet Practice Lead/Architect at Adapture, where they are responsible for leading the Smartsheet practice and delivering consulting services on Smartsheet engagements.

Steve Reed obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication Arts from James Madison University, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained various certifications from Smartsheet, including the 2022 Core Product Certified, Smartsheet Aligned Certified Solution Professional, Smartsheet Product Certified User, Smartsheet Aligned Professional Services Certification, and Smartsheet Aligned Sales Training. These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2022.
