Ryan Sousa is the Founder and CEO of DataAscent Partners, a role held since October 2020. Concurrently, Ryan serves as an Executive Advisor in Analytics and AI at Highspring and has been the VP of the Analytics and AI Practice since May 2022. In addition to leadership at DataAscent and Highspring, Ryan is actively involved in the Healthcare Data and Analytics Association as Board Chair, Vice Chair, and Board Member since January 2019, and holds advisory positions at AdaptX and the International Institute for Analytics. Previous roles include Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Seattle Children's and interim Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Children's Minnesota, alongside significant positions at HERE Technologies and Expedia, Inc. Ryan’s expertise is supported by education from Westland College.
