Nikhat Patel

Nikhat Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career as a Customer Service Executive at World Network Services (WNS) in 2001 and later joined eBay.in as a Community Support Specialist in 2003. In 2008, they joined Sambe Software Pvt Ltd as a Functional Lead/Product Specialist, where they contributed to the creation and execution of functional designs for various modules and successfully implemented projects for different companies. Nikhat then moved to Future Retail Limited in 2011 as a Lead Associate Business Analyst, where they worked until 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Manager - Business Analyst at Neulife Nutrition India Pvt Ltd. In 2019, Nikhat joined Adapty, an Apexon company, first as a Senior Business Analyst and then as a Program Manager from January 2023.

Nikhat Patel completed their Bachelor of Science in Home Science with a major in Community Resource Management from Nirmala Niketan College Of Home Science between 1995 and 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems, General from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.
