Bill Winter

Bill Winter has over 38 years of work experience in software engineering. Bill started their career in 1982 as a Software Engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories. In 1986, they moved to Computer Associates, Inc. as a Lead Software Engineer. From 1994 to 1996, they worked as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at Physician Micro Systems, Inc. Bill then advanced to Principal Engineer at Spacelabs Healthcare from 1996 to 1998. After that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Baan Labs from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they were a Senior Lead Software Engineer at Siebel Systems. Bill then joined Microsoft in 2008 as a Senior Software Engineer and was promoted to Software Development Manager at Adapx in 2011.

Bill Winter completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University in 1982. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 1983.
