The Adara Group believes that each and every person should have access to quality health, education and other essential services, no matter where they live.

The first part of the Adara Group is an international development organisation called Adara Development that has expertise in maternal, newborn and child health, and remote community development. Adara Development has worked in Nepal and Uganda since 1998.

The second part of the Adara Group consists of two businesses, Adara Partners and Adara Advisors, which are ‘for purpose’ rather than for profit. Their sole objective is to fund Adara Development’s administration and emergency project costs. This allows 100% of donations received by Adara Development to go directly to project-related costs.

Each year we directly reach more than 50,000 people living in poverty and countless more through knowledge sharing.

This team handles a range of responsibilities including administrative support, housekeeping, transportation logistics, office cleanliness, gardening, and general assistance. Their efforts are crucial in maintaining an efficient work environment, allowing Adara Group to focus on its mission of providing quality health, education, and essential services to communities in need.

The Finance Team at Adara Group is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing accounts for both Adara Development's international projects and Adara Partners and Adara Advisors' operations. They ensure transparent and efficient use of funds, supporting the Group’s mission by ensuring that all donations are effectively channeled to project-related costs. The team also provides financial insights and support to aid in strategic decision-making and compliance with financial regulations in Nepal, Uganda, and other operational regions.

This team ensures the efficient implementation and management of projects related to youth, infrastructure, agriculture, and education, coordinating efforts in remote communities in Nepal and Uganda. By managing these projects, the team supports Adara Development's mission of providing access to quality services and drives impactful community development.

Their collective efforts help ensure access to quality healthcare and education services for impoverished populations, supporting the overarching goal of Adara Development.

The Management and Coordination team at Adara Group oversees and harmonizes various operational aspects to ensure seamless delivery of health, education, and essential services to remote communities. They manage risks and sustainability, coordinate logistics, foster partnerships, and provide clinical and early intervention support, all with the objective of enabling Adara Development to directly impact and improve the lives of people living in poverty.
