Chris Shaw

Chris Shaw is a seasoned MD, CEO, NED with 20 years of board experience in the digital and software sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Adarma Security, Shaw leads the UK’s foremost Security Operations specialist for large global enterprises. Previous roles include Divisional Managing Director at Capita, where responsibility encompassed a division employing 1,600 people and generating £500m in revenue, as well as managing director positions in various technology and consulting firms, including Capita IT Professional Services and Mission Testing. Shaw’s early career features significant positions at companies such as HP and NCR Corporation, highlighting a robust background in sales and account management. Education includes a Psychology BSc from the University of Hull and completion of foundational studies at the Royal Grammar School.
