I am working as a professional coach in a Co-Active way with people to get the best out of themselves

As a Manager I have always been curious to know what drives people, what makes them grow and what prevents them to do what they really like to do. That's why I developed my skills as a coach and people who I have worked with acknowledge this and appreciate the way I work.

I want to help people to move forward and get rid of the barriers that prevent them from growing.  The world around us and the demands placed on us are changing rapidly. 
Besides work and family there is often a lot of responsibilities part of our daily life.
And of course, above all, we also are individuals with our own desires, needs and developments.  If you feel stuck and no longer at the helm, want to break away from patterns, or don’t know which direction you want, I can help you to discover and use the power and the creativity in yourself.
