Andrew Gladman

Andrew Gladman is a senior research entomologist at ADAS, specializing in integrated pest management for horticultural crops, including soft fruit, vegetables, and ornamentals. They lead applied research focusing on host plant resistance, biological control strategies, and project development, guiding clients through project phases from proposal to results reporting. Andrew previously served as a crop protection scientific officer at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, where they addressed gaps in crop protection regimes. They hold a PhD in integrated pest management and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick.
