Jay Ryan is highly passionate about climate change mitigation and soil science. They held positions as a Laboratory Assistant at the Waite Institute of Research and a Research Assistant at the University of Adelaide in 2022. Previously, Jay worked as a Lead Bartender at Bread & Bone Wood Grill from 2019 to 2021 and served in various roles related to soil science, including a Consultant Soil Scientist at Arcadis starting in 2023. Jay obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Soil Sciences from the University of Adelaide in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Master of Environment, Economics and Policy at Griffith University.
