Lance Spence

Lance Spence is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at ADASI since August 2021, Lance oversees the Mechanical CAD department. Previously, Lance worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Technician at INCOMAR AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE SYSTEMS from August 2020 to August 2021, and spent over three decades as a Mechanical Designer at Denel Dynamics from January 1987 to July 2020. Lance holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, obtained between 1986 and 1989, and completed Matric at Marais Viljoen Technical High School from 1976 to 1980.
