Ella Mironova has extensive experience in sales and marketing, beginning as a Sales Manager at AHOKU Electronic from September 2015 to May 2017, where a comprehensive sales entry strategy for the Russian market was developed. Following this, Ella Mironova served as Key Account Manager at Damps & Lyland from July 2014 to February 2015, and then as Sales & Marketing Manager at ADATA Technology from June 2017 to May 2020, where sales and marketing strategies were built and executed for the Russian market in collaboration with local agencies. Currently, Ella Mironova holds the position of Head of Business Development/Sales and Marketing at ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. since January 2024, leading a team of account and branding managers while planning and managing sales and marketing activities for the CIS region. A solid educational foundation was established with a degree from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, completed in 2015.
