Robin Alam has a diverse work experience in the consulting and information management industry. Robin started their career as a senior consultant at Conchango in 1999 and worked there until 2011. Later, they joined EMC Consulting as a Senior Practice Consultant and gradually moved up to become the Head of Enterprise Information Management & Analytics in the UK. In 2012, they joined Information Management Group (IMGROUP) part of Hitachi Consulting as a Client Delivery Lead and later took on the additional role of Head of CRM. In 2016, they joined Hitachi Consulting as a Vice President, a role they held until 2017 when they joined Adatis as the Head of Delivery. Robin also worked at Hiscox as a Lead Consultant from 2010 to 2013.
Robin Alam has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from the University of Leeds, which they earned from 1992 to 1995. They later pursued a Master's of Science (MSc) degree in Information Systems at the same university from 1997 to 1998.
