Lead Designer at ADAY

Millie Bentley has a long history of work experience in the fashion industry. In 2009, they began their career with a work experience position at Conde Nast in the fashion department as a Junior Assistant. In 2011, they interned for Bridget Bowen Head of Private Clients at Amanda Wakeley. In 2012, Millie had a Showroom Assistant role at Diane von Furstenberg, a Studio Intern role at Jeffrey Michael Design, and a Design Intern role at Lucas Hugh. In 2014, they had a Sportswear Design Intern role at Monreal London. Millie then joined ADAY in 2015 as a Lead Designer, Senior Designer, and Product and Apparel Designer. In this role, they led the product design for Aday with one of their main focuses being the brand's environmental impact from responsible sourcing, transparency, fabric development and supplier audits.

Millie Bentley attended Eastbourne College from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their GSCE's, AS Levels and A Levels. Millie then attended Greater Brighton Metropolitan College from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Design and Applied Arts. Finally, they attended University College Falmouth from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Performance Sportswear Design.
