Felicity Lloyd

Felicity Lloyd currently serves as the Chief Sustainability and Innovation Officer at Adbri Limited, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Felicity was the Chief Executive Officer at HILT CRC from December 2021 to June 2023. Felicity's tenure at Adbri Limited began in May 2005, during which various roles were undertaken, including National Business Improvement and Sustainability Manager, Operations Manager for South Australia, and Senior Projects Engineer overseeing the production performance of cement clinker kiln. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Engineering with 1st class Honours in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide and is currently pursuing an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the same university. Additionally, Felicity completed a Graduate program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2020.
