Sharon Pearson

Sharon Pearson is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at Adbri, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Thomas Foods International from 2014 to 2022, where they progressed from Return to Work Coordinator to Senior RTW Coordinator/HR Generalist and later served as HR Manager. Additionally, Sharon spent time as an Executive Assistant at RDNS (Silverchain) and Morton Philips, providing high-level administrative support. From 2012 to 2014, they also contributed as a Senior Consultant at Entree Recruitment.
