John Schaefer

John Schaefer has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. John has held leadership positions in various companies, including ADC Aerospace, where they serve as the Chief Executive Officer since 2023. Prior to this, they were the President of TriMas Corporation's Aerospace division from 2016 to 2023. John also worked as the President of Adams Rite Aerospace, a Transdigm Group company, and as the Director of Operations in the same company. Before transitioning into the private sector, they served in the US Marine Corps, where they held the position of Senior Executive Aviation Logistics. Additionally, they have experience in manufacturing strategy and supply chain management, having worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing Strategy at Meggitt Sensing Systems and the Vice President of Supply Chain at Endevco-Meggitt Sensing Systems. John also worked as a Supply Chain Strategy Consultant at Siemens and as the Director of Supply Chain at Conexant Systems, Inc. John Schaefer has demonstrated expertise in leading aerospace companies, driving operational excellence, and overseeing supply chain management.

John Schaefer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida from 1989 to 1993. John later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 1999 and 2002.
