Philip Strope

Philip Strope is a Senior Project Engineer at ADC Engineering, Inc. since January 2000, where extensive experience in engineering projects has been demonstrated. Additionally, Philip served as a Commissioner on the Planning Commission for the City of Hanahan from August 2013 to August 2017, contributing to urban planning and development initiatives. Philip earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, completing studies from 1995 to 1999.
