Adelina Onea

Adelina Onea is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in project management and change management, currently serving as a Senior Manager and HR Lead Systems and Processes at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since October 2023. Prior to this role, Adelina held various positions at Deloitte from April 2018 to October 2023, culminating as an SAP SuccessFactors Manager, where responsibilities included managing multiple success factors workstreams and overseeing a major global HR transformation. Previously, experience also includes roles at IBM as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant and at JW Marriott as an HR Assistant. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's Degree in Engineering of Human Resources in Industrial Organizations from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Licentiate degree in Human Resources/Sociology from the University of Bucharest.
