Ahmed Sameh

Ahmed Sameh has over two decades of experience in the banking and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since November 2022, Ahmed previously held various roles at Arab Bank, including Premium Relationship Officer and Customer Relationship Officer, starting in March 2010. Prior to that, a significant entrepreneurial venture as the Founder of a medical conferences organization took place from January 2001 to January 2009. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Consumer Banking Sales Officer at Citi Bank, where responsibilities involved sales for credit cards and personal loans. Ahmed's educational background includes completing studies at El Orman Language School from 1990 to 2000.
