Bashar Khairy is currently the Group Company Secretary at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where they also serve as Assistant General Counsel. Previously, they worked at Al Hilal Bank as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Lawyer from 2013 to 2019. Their legal career began at Arab Bank from 2004 to 2008 as a Senior Lawyer and included a tenure at a Private Law Firm focused on litigation and consultation from 1997 to 2004. Bashar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Jordan and a Bar Admission Certificate in Law Practice from the Bar Association Jordan. They are currently attending Collège De La Salle - Frères.
