Diaa Moustafa

Diaa Moustafa is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in technology and digital transformation within highly competitive industries. Currently serving as the Senior Head of Technology Platform at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since September 2013, Diaa leads initiatives focused on modernizing banking systems, cloud adoption, and optimizing data center usage for cost efficiency. Previous roles include Head of Technology Platform and Head of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance at the same institution, as well as leadership positions such as General Manager at Alwatan Alarabi for Consultant Engineering and CIO at both Pacific Golf Management and Hudson Japan K.K. Diaa began the professional journey as a Programming Manager at GulfNet Co., Ltd., following the attainment of a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Assiut University.
