Dipak Joshi

Dipak Joshi has extensive work experience in the banking sector, with roles spanning various financial functions. Dipak served as the Lead Financial Reporting at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Union National Bank from 2008 to 2019, where they held positions such as Vice President & Head of Financial Control and Vice President and Head of Business Analysis. Before that, they worked at Saudi Hollandi Bank as a Senior Manager Finance from 2006 to 2008, and at Bahraini Saudi Bank as an Assistant Manager from 2005 to 2006. Dipak also gained experience as a Financial Analyst at Mars from 2001 to 2005, and as a Management Accountant at ANZ from 1999 to 2001. Dipak began their career as an Assistant Manager at BNP PARIBAS and as an Assistant Consultant at A F Ferguson & Co.

Dipak Joshi obtained a Certified Management Accountant degree in Costing and Financial Management from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India from 1993 to 1996. During the same period, they also earned a Chartered Accountant degree in Finance and Economics from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai from 1993 to 1995. Dipak Joshi has also obtained certifications as a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2014, and has passed all the levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program from the CFA Institute.
