Ghada Amer

Ghada Amer, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the General Manager and Head of Talent Management & Organization Development at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since November 2019. Previously held the position of Assistant Vice President and Manager of Human Resources at Union National Bank from January 2013 to November 2019, where Ghada focused on human capital planning and structured recruitment processes. Ghada's earlier roles include Regional Senior Manager for Learning and Development at HSBC, Senior Supervisor in Human Resources at Bank Audi, and various positions supporting diplomatic and health-related projects. Education includes CIPD qualifications and postgraduate studies in Strategic Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo, complemented by a BA in English Literature from Cairo University.
