Mark Dickinson is currently the Senior Head of Legal at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, overseeing the legal team for Group funding and capital markets transactions. Prior to this role, Mark served as the Assistant General Counsel at the same bank from 2019 to 2023, and held positions at Herbert Smith Freehills and Clifford Chance LLP, where they focused on high-profile debt capital markets transactions. Mark gained foundational legal experience as a Trainee Solicitor at Clifford Chance from 2007 to 2009 and was recognized as a "Next Generation Lawyer" by Legal 500 during their time at Herbert Smith Freehills. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Manchester and has a strong academic background from Reading Blue Coat School.
