Mina William

Mina William has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Mina started their career in 2013 as an IT Specialist at MediGroup for Trading and Medical Services, where they were responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Mina also handled the maintenance and repairs of systems and set up endpoint hardware.

In 2014, Mina joined Piraeus Bank as an Applications and Database Administrator. Their role involved administering and optimizing the IT infrastructure using tools such as Nagios. Mina also handled the installation and administration of Symantec NetBackup clients and automated backup solutions for Virtual Machines. Additionally, they installed and managed Microsoft Windows Servers.

Since 2015, Mina has been working at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, initially as a Desktop Support Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems. Later, they were promoted to the position of IT Team Lead, where they led a team in managing IT operations.

They also obtained a Certificate of Attendance in 20411:Administering Microsoft Windows Server 2012 from Global Knowledge. Additionally, Mina has additional certifications in Python for Data Science and AI, Data Science Methodology, Tools for Data Science, What is Data Science?, and Embedded Systems.
