Muna al Jneibi

Muna Al Jneibi is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in risk management and central account services, currently serving as a Manager in the Risk Remedial Department at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since May 2018. Muna has a proven track record in managing regulatory compliance involving governmental inquiries and court orders, while also leading the digitalization of operational processes within the department. Prior to this role, Muna held leadership positions, including Head of Central Account Services during the merger with Al Hilal Bank, and has extensive experience in overseeing corporate account management and enhancing operational efficiency across various banking functions. Muna's career began at First Abu Dhabi Bank, advancing through positions in customer service and finance, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on finance and banking from the United Arab Emirates University.
