Rahul Shah has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Rahul began their career at ANZ Grindlays Bank in 1998, working in mortgage and personal loan sales. In 2000, they moved to Citibank N.A. and spent six years in citiphone banking, specializing in credit card analysis and customer service. In 2006, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as a risk manager in SME banking. Lastly, they worked at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where they held various roles in customer analytics, starting as an assistant manager in 2008 and progressing to the position of lead in customer insights.

Rahul Shah completed their B.Com and DMM degrees in Commerce accounting from S.I.E.S Mumbai and L.N.Welingkar Management Institute Mumbai, respectively, from 1992 to 1997.
