Shriti Poddar

Shriti Poddar has extensive experience in design and leadership roles, currently serving as Practice Lead - Design COE at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Senior Design Manager at apostrophy since August 2025. Shriti is also the Founder and Host of "This Is Not Artificial" podcast, alongside mentoring in AI and design at adplist.org. Previously, Shriti led design teams at Emirates NBD and the Department of Education And Knowledge - ADEK, while gaining experience as an Experience Manager at PwC and Assistant Manager - Digital Innovation at EY. Shriti's career began at The Crown Prince Court as Lead Product Designer, followed by positions in product management and design at Headrush India. Shriti holds a Bachelor of Design in Product Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology India and has furthered education at the University of Oxford in 2025.
