Afolayan Taylor, also known as Afi, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and customer experience. Currently serving as the Head of Group Service & Customer Experience Management at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since January 2012, Afolayan has a robust background in the financial sector, previously holding the position of Vice President for Service Management at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2008 to 2011. Earlier roles include Vice President of Business Process Improvement and Head of Service Performance Management at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2004 to 2007, as well as Head of Information Management at ABN AMRO from 2001 to 2004. Afolayan holds an MBA in International Business Management from European University and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan.
