He has successfully managed high-profile construction projects across many sectors including multiple Defence projects within critical operational and secure working environments. His collaborative management style promotes strong team dynamics between all project stakeholders – from design, procurement and construction to commission and handover – ensuring exceptional client outcomes. Charles holds a Bachelor of Construction from the University of Western Sydney.
