Lyn O’Brien

Lyn has more than 15 years of estimating and bid management expertise and oversees all pre-construction activities for WA operations. With hands-on experience spanning domestic and international markets, together with broad-reaching industry relationships, she is focused on providing high-quality proposals and building long-lasting client relationships. Lyn’s collaborative leadership style ensures they consistently deliver responsive outcomes that are structured to the unique requirements of every client and project. Lyn is a National Director of NAWIC and was awarded the 2022 LHQ Outstanding Leadership Award for Women in Construction. She holds a Bachelor of Construction Economics and Masters in Quantity Surveying.
