Lyn O'Brien

Lyn O'Brien is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in managerial and estimating roles. Currently serving as WA State Manager and previously as State Pre-Construction Manager and Pre-Construction Manager at ADCO Constructions since February 2021, Lyn also holds a directorial position at the National Association of Women in Construction (Australia National) since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Estimating Manager and Senior Estimator at Perkins Builders, Proposal Manager and Estimator at Broad Construction Services (WA) Pty Ltd, Estimator at Jaxon Pty Ltd., and Quantity Surveyor at both John Paul Construction and Grogan Surveyors. Lyn O'Brien holds a Master of Science in Surveying from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics from the Waterford Institute of Technology.
