Tim Andrews

Tim Andrews is an experienced Estimating Manager at ADCO Constructions since June 2022, previously serving as a Senior Estimator at Broad Construction Services (WA) Pty Ltd from October 2006 to June 2022 and at Manteena from March 1999 to October 2006. With a degree in Applied Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Canberra, Tim has extensive expertise in preparing and submitting lump sum tenders, conducting post-tender evaluations and negotiations, and managing project cost control and planning. Key projects include the Alluvion Office Tower, GPO Building Refurbishment in Perth, Terminal WA at Perth International Airport, Victoria Park Train Station Upgrade, and Terminal 1 International Arrivals Expansion.
