We collaborate with leaders in technical industries to improve writing, meetings, and presentations across their organization.

Almost 50 years ago, AdCom Designs was built on a fundamental truth: Unclear communication has real costs. Organizations lose time, delay decisions, and even lose clients when messages are vague, overly complex, or misaligned with the audience. The issue is not a lack of expertise but a lack of clarity.

From the beginning, founders Janis and Diane focused on practical solutions. They taught professionals to think before they write, define their purpose, organize their ideas, and communicate clearly and directly. These principles helped teams reduce confusion, improve alignment, and produce more effective work. The work they began decades ago continues today with Natasha at the helm.

While the tools have evolved, the focus remains the same: AdCom Designs helps businesspeople communicate clearly to reduce waste.

To provide customize solutions, we employ a strategic 4-pronged approach:
𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Research the company’s mission, values, strategic priorities, and competitive landscape to build a strong, relevant foundation before the engagement begins
𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗲. Review internal and external materials (e.g., reports, presentations, proposals, etc.) to identify communication strengths and pinpoint opportunities for improvement through targeted training
𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀. Survey participant groups to capture individual objectives, challenges, and writing or presentation samples, grounding the program in real-world needs
𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻. Conduct stakeholder interviews to validate findings and ensure complete alignment between leadership expectations and participant needs
