ADD-ASTRA® is an engineering and manufacturing company with a deep vocation for high-performance product development. Operating at the forefront of Aerospace, Space and Motorsport, we act as a strategic technological partner. We deliver integrated services spanning from complex engineering analysis and topological design to manufacturing of advanced structural components.

Our AM Department utilizes forefront technological processes to meet the most stringent requirements for mechanical strength, tolerances, and thermal management. SLM to fabricate structural and thermal components in high-performance metal alloys. Complemented by SLS and FDM processes for advanced technopolymers with extreme thermo-mechanical resistance and SLA for high-resolution precision tooling.

Complex engineering analysis and structural optimization are challenges we face every day. In the design of Innovative Heat Exchangers, ADD-ASTRA® pushes SLM technology to create ultra-compact thermal systems. By leveraging additive manufacturing, we integrate complex mathematical structures, such as Triply Periodic Minimal Surfaces (TPMS). These configurations maximize the internal heat exchange surface area and optimize fluid dynamics, drastically reducing weight and footprint compared to traditional systems.

Concurrently, we hold specialized know-how in composites through the engineering and 3D printing of Soluble Mandrels. Used as sacrificial tooling for the lamination of complex hollow carbon fiber structures, these mandrels ensure flawless internal geometric precision and optimize the demolding process through dissolution, eliminating the constraints of conventional extraction.

As a reliable partner, ADD-ASTRA® drives R&D activities, process validation, and testing of critical components, ensuring full compliance with strict Aerospace and Automotive standards. Customers define ADD-ASTRA® as a "reliable" company because we build solid partnerships based on a problem-solving, win-win approach
