Add Value is a consulting firm offering professional services within strategy, leadership and organisational development. We help companies which strive to attain ambitious goals or to overcome difficult challenges on the road to growth and change.

We have a strategic mindset but always work efficiently and practice-oriented with a clear focus on how solutions can foster immediate and specific value for our clients. By putting people at the centre of our work, we integrate the demands for leadership and organisational development at top level with an increased capacity for action and performance at the level of the individual human beings - the ones who are the most important raw material of any organisation.

Through a number of years, we have collaborated with large and small private and public organisations - in Denmark as well as internationally. At our offices in Aarhus, Aalborg and Copenhagen, we have an array of competent and experienced consultants who all excel in terms of their knowledge and the presence and care they contribute to every project.

Vi differ from other consulting firms in terms of:
   • Progress: We commit ourselves to results and drive real change
   • Honesty: We exhibit transparency and state our professional opinion
   • Presence: We genuinely care about people and processes
   • Knowledge: We use our experience and share what we know
