Dilara Calli has a diverse work experience in various roles within the marketing field. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Marketing and Communication Manager at iWood. Following this, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Boyner Buyuk Magazacilik A.S. from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined ARTDECO cosmetic GmbH as an International Sales Marketing employee, until August of that year. Afterwards, they moved to Vans, a VF Company, where they worked in Sales and Marketing for the DACH region from 2019 to 2020. In November 2020, Dilara became a Business Owner at Theara Collective. Currently, they are a Trainee Media Planner Digital in Online Marketing, starting in April 2022, and will subsequently become a Planner Digital Media in Online Marketing at add2 GmbH.

Dilara Calli began their education in 2012 at Werner-Jaeger-Gymnasium, where they studied until 2015. In 2015, they started attending Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Marketing. Dilara completed their degree in 2020. Additionally, Dilara obtained a Propaedeutic Certificate in BA Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences. In 2018, they briefly studied at Istanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
