Emma Breheim

Emma Breheim is currently the Biträdande kommundirektör, where they lead and represent the municipal executive administration. With a strong background in government administration, Emma has held various roles including purchasing manager and project manager, leveraging skills in procurement and business development. They served as the chairperson of Sveriges Offentliga Inköpare from 2016 to 2020, advocating for improvements in public procurement. Emma holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Luleå University of Technology and has been a board member for Adda and Teknikens Hus since 2023.
