Murray Allen

Murray Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Murray began their career as a Sponsored Engineer at Marconi command and control systems in 1985. Murray then worked as a Group Leader at the Rover Group from 1989 to 1994, where they developed powertrain electronics for BMW vehicles. Murray then joined BMW as a Group Leader and played a crucial role in developing powertrain electronics for their cars, 4x4s, and motorbikes. Murray successfully delivered embedded software to the highest quality and established standards later adopted in aerospace. Murray then joined Domino Printing Sciences as the Head of Software, where they developed coding and marking solutions using inkjet and laser scribing technologies. Murray also developed smart software that seamlessly networks and controls multiple systems in a factory. After that, they worked at Amino Communications Limited as a Development Manager before moving to Xaarjet Limited as the Head of Technology. Murray played a key role in leading the digital transformation of analogue printing and enabling new businesses in 3D printing. Murray leveraged MEMS technologies to deliver exceptional image quality and productivity. Murray then joined Mettler-Toledo Safeline X-Ray Ltd as the Head/Director of Engineering, where they developed x-ray product inspection systems for the food and pharmaceutical industry.
