Rafael Serrano

Rafael Serrano has extensive work experience in product management and business development. Rafael started their career at Montesa Honda as a Quality Specialist, achieving a 20% reduction in production defects. Rafael then moved on to Yamaha Motor España where they served as a Supplier Quality Manager, achieving goals and standardizing models. After that, they joined GESAB, S.A. as a Product Manager, where they focused on strategy, business development, and obtaining ISO certifications. Currently, Rafael is working at Adder Technology as the Head of Product Management, where they apply a user-centered approach to designing and selling KVM and AV solutions for control room and broadcast applications. Rafael has been successful in completing various projects and gaining important references.

Rafael Serrano began their education in 2003 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they pursued a Master's degree in Quality, Environment, and Safety for one year. Rafael then went on to study at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. In 2006, Rafael attended the EADA Business School, where they completed a Master's degree in Product Management during the academic year of 2006-2007. Currently, Rafael is enrolled in the LPGE Program - People Leadership and Team Management at Esade, starting in 2022.
